Due to the custom and digital nature of our offerings, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or accept returns once the order has been placed and production has begun.

🧠 Why No Refunds?

Each video or experience is tailored to your submission — using personal photos, audio, memories, and more. Our AI and creative team begin working on your experience immediately after confirmation. As such, it is non-refundable and non-returnable, even if:

  • You change your mind after placing the order.

  • You no longer wish to use the service.

  • You experience emotional difficulty during the process (we recommend reviewing our emotional readiness FAQs before purchase).

 

🎥 Preview First — Then Decide

To help you make an informed decision, we offer a $9.99 preview experience. This allows you to understand what’s possible before proceeding with a full service. If you’re uncertain, we encourage you to explore this option first.

⚠️ Exceptions (If Applicable)

Refunds may only be considered in the following limited scenarios:

  • You were charged in error or charged twice.

  • Your experience was not delivered within the committed timeline (7–10 working days), and you have not received any update after contacting support.

  • There was a proven technical issue that prevented fulfillment of your order.

Please note: Resolution in such cases is at our sole discretion and may result in either credit toward future services or a partial refund.
